We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging due to the nature of consumable products. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or tampered with. You'll also need proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@nouveaux.us. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Items returned without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and ensure it’s resolved.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our shilajit products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items. Additionally, we do not accept returns for custom products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.
EU Customers - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period where you can cancel or return your order for any reason. To qualify, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
